This past weekend I spent some time out on the open road in rural Ohio between Findlay and Tiffin. It was cold and wintery and the road was pretty quiet as I drove past farms and fields. It was the calm before the storm, as another major snow event was descending on the Midwestern US. I stopped alongside the road and even on the road, as there was no traffic, at various points to capture some of the scene. Another day, another fun road trip!

Nice little road trip.
It was! I get the travel goosebumps no matter how short or far I’m traveling. Always something to see.
I like your attitude ๐
I miss the open road. I had a nice road trip in New Zealand in 2012, but I havenโt had a proper one in the U.S. since 2011. I hope to change that this year.
New Zealand! Most memorable road trips have been there. So beautiful! Hope you can get out on the open road soon. ๐
This is a familiar stretch of road for us ๐
In this part of Ohio a lot, so this should become more familiar too. ๐ Lots of beautiful country side too see.
